PropertyMax	PropertyMax offers public access to property information such as residential and commercial attribute information, land, assessment valuation, sales, additions, taxes, building sketches, comparable properties, photos, scanned documents, assessment history, and GIS. PropertyMax allows the user to search for a property in a variety of ways, including owner, address, parcel identification number, alternate identification number, legal description, and GIS map. CollectMax	CollectMax allows taxpayers to pay real estate taxes (current and delinquent) from the convenience of their home over the Internet. CollectMax, will soon be adding the ability to make other types of payments using the Internet, such as occupational license fees, traffic violations, motor vehicle fees, hunting and fishing license fees, and others. RevalMax	Working with Manatron's Sabre Appraisal Division, RevalMax allows the release of new values with supporting information over the Internet in a secure environment so that only the taxpayer has access to the new value. The taxpayer also has the ability to electronically file an inquiry concerning the new value and supporting information anytime from the convenience of their home. RecordMax	RecordMax offers public access to recorded information such as deeds and vital records over the Internet. The RecordMax user can search for recorded deed information in a variety of ways, including name, address, legal description, plat, and others. E-Commerce	GovernMax.com offers all of its Internet solutions with e-commerce capabilities. Internet access to public information and data enhancement systems can be set up under a subscription, per-click, or convenience fee model. Your local government office, working with GovernMax.com, determines what information will be accessible as a guest and what will be accessible for a fee. We also work together to determine the amount of the user fees charged. GovernMax.com handles all of the e-commerce tracking, charging, and security, and enters into a revenue sharing agreement with your local government office as a means of sharing the proceeds from access fees charged to use the site.
